Brebes, DETIK NASIONAL.COM II Proyek infrastruktur pertanian yang ada di Desa Kaligangsa Wetan, Kecamatan/Kabupaten Brebes dituding tidak memenuhi standar spesifikasi teknis.
Hal itu menyusul ditemukannya beberapa material pekerjaan yang dianggap rendah kualitas. Itu disampaikan oleh Heri Tato, selaku aktifis Yabpeknas kepada awak media, Senin 24 November 2025.
Dia menyebut, ada beberapa material proyek bernilai Rp.334 juta yang dinilainya berkualitas rendah, seperti penggunaan batu, pasir dan semen. Menurutnya, hal itu bukan sekedar masalah kualitas pekerjaan, melainkan harga diri masyarakat Brebes yang diinjak-injak.
“Ini sangat disayangkan. Pelaksana proyek tidak serius, warga sangat kecewa dan kesannya pengawasan dari dinas terkait tidak maksimal,”kata Heri.
Ia juga menunjukkan bukti material yang tidak sesuai standar. Menurut pekerja yang ada di lapangan, bahwa pihak pelaksana jarang datang, sehingga komunikasi saat butuh material menjadi sulit.

Sebagai masyarakat Brebes, pihaknya menuntut adanya transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam penggunaan anggaran. “Ini bukan hanya tentang uang, tapi tentang masa depan pertanian Brebes,”tegas dia.
Untuk itu, pihak meminta agar dilakukan Investigasi menyeluruh terhadap proyek tersebut. Memberikan. sanksi tegas bagi pelaksana proyek yang tidak bertanggung jawab atas pekerjaannya.
Dilakukan perbaikan kualitas proyek sesuai standar serta transparansi penggunaan anggaran. “Masyarakat Brebes tidak akan diam! Kita harus berani melawan korupsi dan memperjuangkan hak-hak kita,”tambahnya lagi.
Kepada pemerintah daerah, lanjutnya, jangan hanya pandai berbicara, tapi perlu ada aksi nyata. “Rakyat Brebes menuntut keadilan dan transparansi. Jangan biarkan korupsi merajalela di Brebes, jelas ini tidak mendukung program Ketahanan Pangan Nasional,”pungkas dia.***

Denpasar, BDETIK NASIONAL.COM II Menteri Dalam Negeri (Mendagri) Muhammad Tito Karnavian meminta Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Denpasar menggalakkan sosialisasi kebijakan pembebasan Bea Perolehan Hak atas Tanah dan Bangunan (BPHTB) serta retribusi Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung (PBG) bagi Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah (MBR). Langkah ini perlu dilakukan agar kebijakan tersebut semakin banyak dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat yang membutuhkan.
Arahan tersebut disampaikan Mendagri saat meninjau Mal Pelayanan Publik (MPP) Kota Denpasar, Bali, Senin (24/11/2025). Mendagri meninjau layanan MPP Kota Denpasar bersama Menteri Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman (PKP) Maruarar Sirait serta Kepala Staf Kepresidenan (KSP) Muhammad Qodari.
Lebih lanjut, Mendagri mengatakan pemerintah pusat telah menyiapkan sejumlah kemudahan bagi masyarakat, khususnya MBR, untuk memiliki rumah melalui Program Tiga Juta Rumah. Ia menekankan bahwa program ini juga menyasar pegawai seperti Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dan anggota TNI-Polri yang berpenghasilan rendah.
“Jadi ada dua program. Program pertama untuk program pembangunan [rumah]. Yang kedua program untuk renovasi rumah,” ujar Mendagri.
Ia mengimbau Pemkot Denpasar mengecek apakah ada pegawai yang berpenghasilan rendah dan tidak memiliki rumah layak. Mendagri menceritakan pengalaman ketika mendapati stafnya memperoleh manfaat dari Program Tiga Juta Rumah.

“Saya aja eggak tahu staf saya di Kemendagri dikasih beliau (Menteri PKP) ternyata anak buah saya Pak, dia enggak punya rumah. Jadi rumahnya hanya kos-kosan 3 juta sebulan, kemudian dikasih program oleh beliau program perumahan susun,” tuturnya.
Mendagri meminta Pemkot Denpasar memperluas edukasi kepada masyarakat terkait kebijakan pembebasan BPHTB dan PBG bagi MBR. Mendagri menilai masih banyak warga yang belum mengetahui kebijakan tersebut, termasuk memahami kriteria MBR.
“Mohonlah untuk PBG nol persen bagi MBR, BPHTB nol persen, PPN nol persen khusus MBR disosialisasikan, [dijelaskan] definisi MBR pada masyarakat, supaya mereka bisa tahu ada kemudahan itu,” tegas Mendagri.
Ia menekankan bahwa kebijakan tersebut sangat membantu MBR untuk memperoleh hunian dengan biaya yang lebih terjangkau. Dirinya menyadari Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kota Denpasar tinggi sehingga dapat membantu merenovasi rumah masyarakat.
“Tapi jangan lupa, bantu juga masyarakat, pegawai-pegawai rendahan, masyarakat UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah), yang punya penghasilan, yang belum memiliki rumah sendiri,” tandasnya.
